Payment Policy
Tuition Will be invoiced upon application and is due 60 days before the start of the workshop. The tuition can be paid by check made payable to The Mattford Group or with a credit card via PayPal (requires a PayPal account).
Facility Charge The facility charge covers Sunday through Thursday night lodging, all meals and breaks, and your share of other facility fees. It is due on check-in, payable to the facility.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, let us know at least six weeks before the program and you will receive a full tuition refund. We regret we are unable to give refunds after this date. However, substitute enrollments are accepted up to five days prior to the start of the program. Facility cancellation policies vary by facility.
Performance Warranty Policy
Should the first person to attend the NSW from a company feel, for any reason, that he/she did not receive full value, TMG refunds the tuition. The individual defines "full value."
